• Check-in / check-out

  Check-in from 16:30 · check-out by 09:30.

• Off-grid energy

  Electricity is generated by a 50 kW solar system; a low public backup is available. Large appliances are best used during the daytime.

• Heating

  Pellet stove (Casa Vale Vinagre) or heat pump (other villas).

• Pool

  Maximum depth 1.7 m (Casa Vale Vinagre) or 1.5 m (other villas). No diving or jumping.

• Smoking

  Not inside the villas. Please leave no cigarette butts outside.

• Electric cars

  Charging is allowed on request on a dedicated EV charger.

• Extra person

  €60 per day (maximum 2 extra persons).

• Cleaning fees

  Extra cleaning €150, garden or maid service €25/hour, extra pool cleaning €80 (on request).

• Barbecue

  Charcoal only. A €25 cleaning fee applies only if it is left dirty.

• Waste

  Please take your rubbish to the two grey containers along the street — you will see them on your right before you drive into Vale Vinagre. Separating the waste is not needed yet.

• Security cameras

  On the outdoor grounds only, and never pointed at the accommodation, to protect your privacy. There are no cameras inside the villas.

• Deposit

  €500, transferred in advance. It is refunded within 10 days after departure if there is no damage.
